One takes decisions every day....where to go, when to go...what to do..what to post on my blog etc...
Knowing what it is can we express it in the form of definition or meaning?
If one asks you what managers do in an organization...what would be your answer?
To put it simply...Decision is the selection between possible outcomes
How is decision different from choice?
A choice is the selection between two or more objects
Mangers takes decisions - the process of taking decisions is decision making process
Decision making can
be regarded as the mental processes (cognitive process) resulting in the
selection of a course of action among several alternative scenarios. Every
decision making process produces a final choice. The output can
be an action or an opinion of choice.
